Please do not upload evidence to this site at this time. Property Assessment Review Panels (PARP) cannot hear property assessment complaints nor review evidence after March 15, 2023. If you wish to appeal the decision of a PARP to the Property Assessment Appeal Board please visit http://www.assessmentappeal.bc.ca  for information on their appeal process.

The Property Assessment Review Panel (PARP) Online Evidence Submission System will allow you to view Daily Hearing Schedules for Property Assessment Review Panels, submit and review evidence for your upcoming property assessment hearing and provide you with information to support you in preparing evidence. 

Please note that uploading evidence to this site does not constitute filing a property assessment complaint. All property assessment complaints must be filed with the assessor (BC Assessment) by the statutory deadline. If a complaint is not validly filed, the Property Assessment Review Panel will not be able to consider your issues and concerns.
